Insight:
No one likes call center agents, especially the ones selling insurance. They put the phone down before one can get a word in. We needed to make people see 1Life call center agents differently - as real, relatable people who only want to change people’s lives for the better.

Idea:
Our advisors are passionate about what they do and they deserve to finish their sentences. So we took them to a platform where there would be no interruptions - social media. Putting a face to the human on the other side of the phone.
